1SkipTrace provides skip tracing and investigative research services to qualified professionals with legitimate, lawful purposes. Our services include locating individuals, verifying information, and providing investigative reports.
Our services are available only to users who have a permissible purpose as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and other applicable laws. By using our services, you certify that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our money-back guarantee policy.
If we are unable to locate your subject or provide usable information, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of report delivery.
